Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen – AGB) for purchases made through kaizgai.com.
1. Scope and seller information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Kaizgai online shop, in the version available when you place your order.
2. Orders and contract formation
Product listings in our online shop do not constitute a binding offer.
By submitting your order using the checkout button indicating an obligation to pay, you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. You can review and correct your order details before submitting your order.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance unless it expressly confirms that we have accepted your order.
The purchase contract is formed when we expressly accept your order by email or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in euros (EUR). Our sales are exempt from VAT under §19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), the small-business exemption. VAT is therefore not charged or shown separately.
Any applicable shipping charges are displayed before you submit your order.
You can pay using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed through the payment providers indicated during checkout, under the payment conditions shown there.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the destinations listed at checkout. Shipping charges and applicable delivery periods are provided before you place your order.
For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to you when you, or a person you designate to receive the goods, takes possession of them.
An exception applies if you independently commission a carrier that we have not previously offered or named. In that case, the risk passes when we hand the goods to that carrier.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until we have received full payment.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.
Full information about the withdrawal period, how to exercise your right, return costs and the model withdrawal form is available on our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page.
7. Statutory rights for defective goods
Your statutory rights in relation to defective goods apply.
If an item arrives damaged or develops a defect, please contact us at orders@kaizgai.com so we can assist you.
We ask that you report visible transport damage as soon as reasonably possible. Failure to report damage promptly does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections under the law of your country of habitual residence that would otherwise apply.
